These terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales, in particular the Licensing Act of 2003 in relation to Minimum Legal Age.

Minimum Age

By law (Licensing Act 1964*) we only sell alcohol products to those over the age of 18. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and the minimum legal age for purchasing alcohol products in your country of residence. When purchasing alcohol from ROCKTAILS you must confirm that you are over the age of 18, and provide proof of age on request. If products are purchased as a gift, the recipient must also be over the age of 18.

 - It is Illegal to sell alcohol to persons under the age of 18. You are committing an offence if you are under 18 and you buy or attempt to buy alcohol, or if you are over 18 and you buy or attempt to buy alcohol for someone under 18."

Minimum Orders

There is a minimum order of 3 ROCKTAILS. There is no maximum order, but if you order more than 100 units, you may be offered trade prices. 

Payments

We are able to accept most major credit and debit cards from our secure online payment process. If you wish to pay via another method (e.g. BACS) please contact ROCKTAILS and pre-arrange this. 

Cancellation and Returns

It is our policy to ensure that all products supplied to all our customers arrive in perfect condition. If you are unhappy with products purchased which are not faulty, please contact ROCKTAILS within 7 days.

Any returned products must be returned to us in good condition, with all packaging intact. All refunds and reimbursements will be paid within 30 days of your notifying us about returning the products. Any product returned must be within its original packaging and adequately packed to avoid any possible damage. The cost of returning the product is the responsibility of the customer.

Taxes and Duties

Alcohol products sold at ROCKTAILS are subject to UK taxation. All HMRC Alcohol Duty has been paid, and Value Added Tax is included. If you require an invoice showing Value Added Tax, please contact ROCKTAILS. 

If we are shipping to an address outside the EU your order may be subject to local taxes and duties upon arrival in the recipient's country, which are levied once the package reaches customs clearance. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you will need to contact the recipient's local customs office for further information.

Delivery

Please note that standard deliveries are made during business hours on Monday to Friday; to ensure prompt delivery someone may be required to accept the parcel. After processing, all orders are dispatched using Royal Mail First Class delivery, unless you wish to select another service from the website. Delivery charges, if present, will be clearly displayed in your shopping basket before completing your order.

• Delivery

First Class delivery is available for UK orders placed before 1pm; these orders will be processed same day for First Class delivery. Royal Mail states that this is usually next day, but this cannot be guaranteed. Orders placed after 1pm on any working day will be processed and dispatched on the following working day. Special Next Day Delivery can be selected from the website if you wish to guarantee that your order will be received the next day.

• Punctuality of Service

Please note that we are unable to guarantee the punctuality of service provided by our delivery agents, particularly during spells of difficult weather conditions. If your shipment is delivered unacceptably late after having been collected from us on time by our agent we will try to secure a refund where appropriate.

International Delivery

We offer international delivery, but delivery times and costs vary depending on country. Delivery charges will be clearly displayed before proceeding to checkout. If you country is not listed, please contact ROCKTAILS. Orders to Taiwan are subject to a limit of 5 litres of spirit per order.

Availability 

We have endeavored to ensure the accuracy of the information on the site. Should a product be unavailable, we will endeavor to inform you of this promptly.

Prices and specifications can change without notice. Please be aware that the price of ROCKTAILS on the website may differ to the price elsewhere. 

  

Special Offers

Any special offers are made whilst stocks last and may be withdrawn at any time, without notice. International shipping is excluded from any offer and will be additional to the offer unless stated otherwise. Promotional codes will only be applied once per order unless stated otherwise. 

Continuity of access / service


Our objective is to offer our customers the best possible service, but we are unable to accept responsibility for interrupted access to ROCKTALIS due to technical problems outside of our control. Due to the nature of the Internet, access may be suspended, restricted or interrupted at any time, and we are therefore unable to guarantee entirely error-free access and services.

Data Protection
 

We take steps to protect your privacy and support all the requirements of the UK Data Protection Act 1998. The data we collect from you is used solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order or sending you the newsletter. We will never disclose your personal information to any other parties without your consent except to verify your identification as above. You have every right to know what information has been held in our system.

Contract

Your order is an offer to buy from us. There will be no contract of any kind between you and ROCKTAILS until your offer is accepted and ROCKTAILS dispatches the goods to you. At any point up until then, we may decline to supply the goods or services to you without giving any reason. At the moment we accept your order or in the case of delivery of goods, when the goods are dispatched, a contract will be made between you and ROCKTAILS.

Trade Section

Trade prices will be available to anyone who has a registered company and wishes to sell ROCKTAILS to a third party. Private individuals ordering more than 100 units may be entitled to a discounted price but this is at ROCKTAILS discretion.  Trade prices are ex VAT, and usually include delivery, unless otherwise stated. Trade prices may not, under any circumstances, be shared with any other third party. 

Statutory Rights

The statutory rights of our customers are not affected by the terms of our service.
